IT DOESN'T SUCK!!

hey peeps!! i finally got some pics resized today for my blog!
here are some pics from last week in BC...loved it!

these next ones were taken on top of a mountain at 7700 feet...incredible!! we had dinner in the red roofed resturant..amazing!

the grizzly bear named BOO did ecaped just days before we were there...awww....

check out this lake!! this is called EMERALD LAKE ....hense the green water...we canoed across it ...was wicked! lol...course it was a RENTED canoe! GASP! like really?!!? who rents canoes lol...back home you either have one or know someone who does that you canoe...but to pay money??? k sure. lol

its been an amazing journey here i tell ya. lots and lots of great memories for sure!
so now to scrap all these great landscape pics!!! lol yikes on me! lol

the great west!

WOW!!! AND MORE WOW! seriously can't even describe
what it is like here!! we just got back from BC and it is AMAZING!
this small town called Golden...wow! nestled in the rockies!
i'll post more when i'm not so beat but holy wow the rockies kick
ass!! and i was even canoing on GREEN water!!!! green i tell ya!!
(from the glaciers)....totally wicked...got some pics...even did a little
hike in my flops on top of some mountain! crazy! lol

one heck of a busy day! well not bad bad but im in panic
mode now to finish packing and junk!! lol...leaving later
today-yeah! em is pickin up the kids here in hour and half!
gulp won't see them for while but i'm sure they will have
so much fun too and be so busy that there is no time to
miss mom lol....

oh the list! oh the postits! oh the brain swirls! dang wish
i had an ipod! that would be wicked for the plane ride!
i am gonna bring my crayons and such to doodle and play!
some oprah mags and my book and im set! soon i'll be there
chillin and ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

so my girl stacy showed me the pub call ticker we can have
from scrapsubmit...cool...so i did the proper thing and put
that up for yas all chickas! maybe once i get back and get
on the big wagon again ill start subin again!

ok this chick has GOT to start packin them up now! later

day after tomorrow

morning peeps! yeah! i can finally say that now! i leave
the day after tomorrow for calgary! woohoo! oh i am
pumped! will be nice to see joe and chill out on his balcony
and have some nice long heart to hearts! he sounds so happy
man! i'm so happy things are really lookin up for him now!
his dream job and the works now! good stuff joe! ;-)

hope to get some wicked pics too out there! i'm sure i will!
how could i not with the mountains and junk...lots of sites
i'm sure that i can capture! ldfjaslfldkj sooo excited!

ok i got so much to do today! i gotta pack the kids up for a
week of camp! yikes! i have to pack myself! some business
to tend too before i go. hmm....what else? oh scrap a card
for a friend! would love to get the grass mowed too!

aahhh i'm sure i'll come back refreshed and a new leash on
life and really be inspired to scrap! lots of new freash pics too!!

happy HUMP day!!

ahhhhh it's wednesday! hump day!
i have a bunch of junk i have to do today!
(thank god for post-its - shut up am and stac!)

2 more sleeps and i'm off to moncton for the night
and then saturday i leave for calgary! yeah!! sooo
excited! will be nice to chill and unwind and just
plain get away and have some me time!

not much new on the home front i don't think!
emma is now potty trained! yeah! took her bout 5 days
i'd say and now she goes all the time in the potty!
even panties at night! no more pull ups for the kids!
yeah!! she's doing soooo good! and shes wakin up dry
even! the kids have been havin fun playin in the pools
and riding bikes etc....ballon fights and hose fights are
always fun too!

while i am away they are going to camp for the week with
nana and are pretty pumped about that! good for them!
wish i could have gone to camp every summer when i was
a kid! i went ONCE! lol..it was fun too!

well i better go start my day and get on this post-it! lol..

ahhh another monday!! why is it i like mondays? like really...
i think it's that fresh start of a new week feeling or something.
or i'm just wacked take your pick!

so i checked maras blog this morning and she made me wanna
just go shoot some junk so being that it's rainy out i had to make
do with around the house...i love the clock one tho! its blurred and
full of motion but looks wicked to me! and it's m scrap clock as well!

all the doors in the house are all old wooden stained doors with the old door knobs on ithem and skelton key style. the house definitly has character to it. it's our home.

yup! thats me! ADJUSTING! thought i would make an entery in
my journal (thanks to mara may!).....its where i am right now.

ahh back to another weekend....this is the last one before i leave for
vaca!!! woohoo!! i'm off to calgary next weekend! visiting some
peeps out there and soooooo can't wait!!! i'm sure it will be a blast!!

yah so those that don't really know my dorky ass that was me freakin

well its saturday...what shall i do today? hmmm....well the
flower bed didnt get weeded like planned. ok so i didn't get any
paint scraping done either...hmmm...ok i suck! see what
happenes when i don't put these on a post it! yah that sounds
like a good enough excuse! its rather over cast today.....hmmm....
not sure if it will rain...

oh my princess emma!!! she's doing soooo very well with her
potty training!!! yeah!! yesturday she hadn't had ANY accidents
at all!! i think she is finally really liking goin to just do it on the
flush really. less mess and junk and she knows it. shes been
wakin up dry now for over a week now every morning..YEAH!!!
my good little girl! ky too is doing pretty good at night
...he did pee last night tho. but no more pullups for either of them!

im in the mood to slip into something more comfortable and get
down and dirtaaaay!!!! i so need to get some pics printed!! argh!
course i need a cd first to tho lol...maybe tonight ill get a little
something something goin on.....think the kids are goin to
nanas for the night. get some laurie time!

got a little funk on!

so today i felt inspired to scrap for once! i did this first page
of my bud joe...no PP only paint and pastel oil crayons with
lots of doodles and stamping. it was fun to do - love the bold
funk to it.


















then i did this one of emma...yes shes naked and so carefully
censored with her pail lol...this was last summer at the beach...

i did my page... no title or bellies yet but boy does it ever

so this morning ky goes to get registered for school!!!
GASP OH GASP!!! my boy is going to school????? when
did he grow so fast??that will be an adjustment for us.

last 2 years! 8:30 to 2pm... yikes! so it will be my toots
and myself...she thinks she is going to school too-eek!

well yesturday was a slack day...today i will do

hey peeps! yikes i never did post over the hot weekend!
had a quiet one but nice...had some down time with just
myself and it was nice. didn't do any weeding over the
weekend so i wanna start that asap...it was too dang hot!
this week i also wanna do some paint scraping too for new
paint! yeah! need some cool breezy days so i don't die in the heat!
so if yas don't see me by wednesday call 911 and send them
here please!! ;-)

at some point today id like to do a page and nike it! dudes!!

YEAH! friday again! *rolling eyes* nah actually i'm rather
excited! got a lot of yard work done yesturday!! did lots of weeding!
still have lots more to do in the big bed. mowed the lawn..fixed the
lawn mower so you can actually push it! grrr...i was being mcguyver

so today...its blue skies and gonna be hot as hell i think! kids are ready to
help me weed again. ...thinking i should go buy them a little cheapy
pool to cool off in later...

oh what a woman alone will do!

so ive got things pretty much put away...ok cept a few things.
well one was the fact that the washer and dryer were still sittin in
my entry way...well i was at 2 loads of laundry and being day 4
of potty training....wet panties and junk..umm yah!! i was startin
to get ANNOYED with smellin it walkin by...so i do the only thing
a single woman can do...DO IT HERSELF! lol...yes thats right
i moved the washer AND dryer down to the basement MYSELF!!
i know! crazy! it was a little struggle but i got it cause i good like that!
*sarcastic*...so then i had something pop off the corner end of
washer...well crud...then to find that the double head dohicky things
where down behind the panel in the shuffle...and on other side of the
opening...soo i had to reach with my short ass arm to pop them back
in the holes...so now i hook it all up and now i have a leak...crud...
checked things all over good...get my only pliers...apparently i need
bigger pliers too....i did do a load tho and dealt with a little drippin...
its cement flooring and a drain right there. so no big deal. but now i
need to tighten and fix that leakin thing up!
note: no one was hurt and i had the phone with me "just in case" lol

tried to scrap again...crud...like really what is wrong with me? i can do
this without pepsi and smokes can't i? i mean come on! this is nuts! i so need
pics...only thing that really inspired me is a pick of my man chris...
you would think he of all ppl would get me a good funk on! but nooo mamas
gotta go scrap farting! grrrr...

so we went for ice cream with nana after supper....ky ended up goin to her house
for the night after....got emma to bed late tonight but ah well...

hey peeps! well its another FRIDAY!!
whats everyones plans this weekend?
i hope to be moving in this weekend!!
was out to the market today...some older
guy was hittin on me! yack! come to find out
mom knows him and he is a womanizer lol..yack!
he had a booth at this market and does paintings and
builds old rustic looking hutches etc..course things
im right into right....well he was tellin me i could come
to his shop and paint and help make a hutch thing with him
yada yada..im like..ok whateve...he is from newfoundland..and
all long his name did sound familar..he played as if he
wasnt here for long long time...he was yuck...told me
to call him he would even pick me up to go to his shop...
lol..i know im ready to puke too! some ppl dont get it!

like really do i look desparate lol....give me some credit! lol

my personal life has been changed upside down and now the same with

i'm moved

oh peeps its been soooo long since i've posted!! argh...
i have moved as some know and made it back to my
hometown safe and sound....the kids are going very well and
so am i! we are stayin at my moms for now and i'm looking
for the right apartment for us. i've seen 2 but no luck yet.
college kids will be out soon and there will be more available i'm sure!

it is so nice to relax now and not stress over past stresses...i do have
some new ones but i will get through it i'm sure!

i have been pamering myself as well...i did a nice pedi yesturday and
painted my toes RED!! and they are HAWT HAWT!!! added silver flower
decals to my big toes and its sooo RAD as my girl mara would say lol...
at first my sister was like...umm hhmmm so 80's but now she wants to do hers
this color lol...

i so need to dump the pics ive been takin!! yikes! i should hual my crop bag out and do
my mom a birtday card soon...sweet 50 on the 28th! yikes! i remember when
she was only 26 years old!

today is gorgeous! we have been outside ALL DAY in the yard and deck...kids have
been havin squrit bottle fights etc...building a camp with the wood left from fencing. fun fun!
we are bout to eat then hit the park! yeah!

life changes

so much has changed and will be in my life! i have made one
of the biggest decissions in my life last week! i have finally
come to grips with my marriage and really need to make
changes. i have decided that it's time i leave my hubby as it
is really for the best. i think deep down in himself he agrees
or is some what relieved. we are handling this as well as we can.
the kids and i are moving back to NB on Friday. this is right
and i feel good on it. time to focus on myself for once instead
of everyone else around me. i am strong. i will survive.

my scrappin has in turn been put on the back burner for now
peeps! once i am settled in new place etc ill be back at it
hardcore. you just don't know what you will see from me
with everything in my head so brace yourselves lol...

so i finally started Dr. Phils book LIFE STRATERGIES....
yummm yah..apparently i should have really read it
3 years ago when i bought it for myself for chirstmas!
well better late then never huh! time to take control on my life
peeps...need to make some life changes.

so im thinkin to have a yard sale and also declutter my house!..
rid stuff i really dont "need"....task it will be...id like to stack stuff
in the kitchen for it and its all together to price ...course thats
a can of worms with the kids too. ill have to figure something out!

print pics its not even funny. well i do have pics but not inspired
with them. so what do i do? pull out the ads in OPRAH mags lol...

the wild

so ky and i had a movie date last night!
we had so much fun! we did mcd's first then
the movie THE WILD! he loved it...knew some parts from
watchin the previews online..laughed we did...it was
nice...mid way through the movie at a quiet part hes like
right loud "we are havin a great time mom aren't we!"
lol...im sure others heard him. it was cute! hes cute!

yet another revamp!

i mean really does this EVER end???!?! i have just spent the last 5 and a half
hours reorganizing my scrap desk!! its lookin good i must say..dang maybe i
will have to post a pic! now my big tasks are:
a. sort through ALL my pictures! (scrap, album or toss)
b. sort through my paper scraps and my cardstock..ekk!

i should have it hollywood by then lol...yah right! ya just gotta be orgainized
to scrap i say! i have to have a home for EVERYTHING too or i go ape! lol

oh and i thought i was out of adhesive and guess what i found??! no really
take a guess!! yup! you guessed it! new adhesive! YEAH!

HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!

well i've had a crazy busy weekend here with my family here!
we had a great weekend! had my neice and newfew here all weekend

the kids had a blast with the easter egg hunt and their goodies!
ky and emma got new scooters so theres no more fighting over ky'd
old one now! WHEW!

emma is going back to NB with nana for a visit....eek...i hope she
makes out ok and doesn't miss us so much! i know we will miss her..
my little toots!

now that the weekend is coming to an end i will be gettin back to
my scrappy drunks - yeah! i have started on christmas junk already!
*gasp* I KNOW!

ahh....woke today feeling refreshed and awake for once!
got a couple pages done last night ....watched prison break...
man that show is gettin soooo good!! mike is so dang hot its
should be illegal! lol...

today! today i got some cleaning done and now i am gonna
play....heather is coming over to scrap later and i think i
may start that dang title thingmabob....

ahhhh weekend is over....i had a great weekend...saturday
we went down to friends and today got some time with just
my toots....got some scrap time in too..yeah! added 3 new

so i found this andy dude last night...like i
needed to keep clickin to see them all! should have
been in bed already! *dork* anyway...i found some neat
ones that i like from him....i am totally digging the
cambells soup ones! lol...neat huh?

thats been me today peoples! i have been working on
a DT challenge today and my challenge is..gasp! ..are you
sittin down? ok good! i have to do a ..gasp! ..12 by 12 DOUBLE
spread with the theme SHEER ELEGANCE!!! oh and add the color
purple and it has to contain a vintage quality as well.....if THAT wasn't
enough....gasp!! ...a hand cut SCRIPT title too boot!!!! is that
not the craziest thing you have ever heard?!?! *gulp*

it's coming along tho pretty good....i havent even started that
title tho lol...that im dreading eeekkk!!!!!

that's been my day in a nut shell in between tryin to keep this
flippin house clean....why is it so hard at times?
i mean really!!! i am ready to go on strike soon!!
